Founder and Confidence Educator
I am a Confidence Educator, evolving mother and entrepreneur. I wasn’t born with confidence; it was a mindset that I developed. When times were tough, or I was at a crossroad I had to rely on the “why not” approach that my father had instilled in me as a child. It was this attitude that helped me overcome the many trials and tribulations of my personal and professional life. Possessing A Confident Mindset™ (ACM) has played a pivotal role and changed the trajectory of my life. Realizing the impact of this thought process led me to what has now become my calling in life, confidence education.

Joann cheers others on to success and passionately encourages them to be the best they can be. Ms. Vanick graduated from Wayne State University with a Bachelor of Science in Education. She has spent eleven years teaching in the Metropolitan Detroit area and also helped develop a summer program for gifted children in the Romeo Community School District.
Previously, JoAnn was the Director of Training at Presidential Training Centers, and also served for 5 years as President of MacTechnics, a computer user group in Ann Arbor. Joann worked with several adults and mentored them during her tenure at Presidential Training Centers. Joann has also provided instruction in art for over 20 years in many local school districts.
JoAnn joined our team ten years ago and is passionate about instilling confidence one person at a time. She has been instilling A Confident Mindset™ for over ten years.
Jeanette
Administrative & Training Support
Every person is unique and has their own unique set of strengths. Jeanette realizes that. As the administrator program she is excited to have the opportunity to orchestrate the administration of our offerings. Her passion is to see people learn, grow, and discover themselves and harness their inner potential.
Jeanette has over thirty-seven years of customer service experience. She brings to our team her desire to help others with her compassionate nature and sense of humor. Jeanette is always there to help, motivate and encourage others to be the very best that they can be.
Rose
Customer Service
Rose supports the operations in all facets. Her pleasant disposition and omnipresent smile makes her a great team member and elevates her customer service.
She continues to find ways to enhance the current customer experience. She prides herself as being a problem solver and a good listener. Rose is determined to provide all our customers with the best experience possible.
Rose has worked in sales and customer service for over 35 years. Her congenial personality gives her the ability to work closely with people and develop long term relationships. When she isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her four children and grandchildren.
